Saffron Shomaly is an experienced Hip Hop and contemporary dancer, passionate about using her 20 years of dance experience to nurture and encourage others to express their own voice through dance. These classes are aimed to encourage beginners to enjoy and experience dance. but can be adjusted if required to suit the participants.



Fancy trying a new activity, practice your moves, or just want to get moving at the end of the day. Come along to our Hip Hop class at Townhouse on 9 November. Classes will run for 6 weeks and are free to all, students’ staff and local community members. Classes are led by Saffron Shomaly, an experienced Hip Hop and contemporary dancer, passionate about using her 20 years of dance experience to nurture and encourage others to express their own voice through dance. These classes are aimed to encourage beginners to enjoy and experience dance but can be adjusted if required to suit the participants. In our weekly classes you will train in the various branches of street dance, such as Hip Hop choreography, popping, lyrical, freestyle training and more. Whether you're a experienced dancer or just wanting to look less awkward on the dance floor, come and train with us in our first-class dance studio located within the University’s award-winning Town House at Penrhyn Road.

Attire: casual sportswear and clean trainers.
