Online workout with Joe Wicks, The Body Coach

Keep active by joining The Body Coach, Joe Wicks with his 30-minute workout session. The live workouts take plave at 9:00am every week day on his YouTube channel and can be replayed at anytime.

Joe uses a high-intensity method to conduct his workouts. They involve doing different excerises for 30 seconds, then resting for 30 seconds. This repeated several times for 30 minutes
