Muslims celebrating Olympic Art and Sport

There will be a range of fun activities for all the family at this celebration of Muslims and the London 2012 Olympics including:

Drop in art activities led by a local artist to make flags, badges and posters featuring the countries of participants.

Taster Tae kwon do sessions for children and familes. These sessions must be booked in advance. Places are limited and are suitable for children aged 6 and over. Sessions will run at

  • 11.10 - 11.50

  • 12.00 - 12.40

  • 14.10 - 14.40

Sign up on the day - places are limited to 12 participants

There will also be an opportunity to find out about the research that UKIM Masjid Ibrahim undertook as part for Newham Heritage Month
