Come along for a wellbeing walk with KU Mental Health and Wellbeing Society.
Look out for the student sports activator carrying the 'Walk and Talk' board at ad hoc times every Wednesday. Join them for a riverside or park walk for some gentle exercise. Or maybe just a short walk around campus. Our student activators are there to keep you moving and also offer a friendly ear if you just need a talk or want to ask about other activities that we offer.
