Sarah Thorne,the founder of Rush Fitness London, will be bringing you a series of workouts and additional services to support your health and wellbeing.
The sessions are simple and easy to follow, so if you want to ease into a new routine, give your body a serious workout, or even get your mind into slightly healthier spot in these challenging times please do join in.
Over the next 4 weeks you will have exclusive access to:
• FREE Live weekly workout sessions for all KU students and staff. Catch up later if you miss our live sessions
• Fitness sessions focusing on Strength and Conditioning, Core Strength, Posture, Injury Prevention and Mobility
• Access to recorded online workouts and tutorials (including stretching and fitness sessions) to help you stay mentally and physically fit during lock down
• Online Health and Fitness expert available to answer any Health and wellness questions you may have.
