Teaching simple tricks from Switchboard's 50+ year history on how to best show up as an active listener for friends and colleagues, and how to use these skills to support others, whether through helping them feel heard, or in challenging difficult situations.
All attendees will also receive a joint KU and Switchboard certificate of attendance.
