Rainbow Mind is run by and for the LGBTQIA+ community. Coming from a place of compassion and unique understanding, we care for the specific needs of the queer community.

Our services include:

  • 1-to-1 counselling: in person & online

  • Radical Self-Care courses, including specialised intersectional programmes for People of Colour

  • Active Pride: online and in-person sessions promoting mindfulness through physical activity (boxing, walking, and swimming) **

  • Youth programme Queer Connect: monthly online community sessions.

Come meet our staff at a Drop-in at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre to find out more about our services
