Happy LGBT+ Pride Month!
Kingston University’s LGBTQ+ Staff Network invites its staff and students to register for one of 4 primary Pride events taking place this summer, and attendees can now also register their friends, family members or colleagues to come along with them!
Each event includes a choice of social activities to choose from, including; mixers, hosting a Kingston stall, a picnic, travelling to Brighton and Hove for Trans Pride or taking part in a Pride march!
As long as a minimum of 26 attendees register for an event, then it will qualify for consideration. The most popular events may then be organised for everyone who has registered, and attendees may also be invited to support the organising committee.
Last year, Kingston University’s social media channels blew up just from our attendance at Pride in London! Social media posts were seen over 45,000 times, with 11,000 just from our Instagram channel, and our social media posts received the highest engagement from the public, singly doubling the average engagement from across the whole of the previous year!
