No previous experience needed and definitely no need to be able to touch your toes or do a headstand. By linking movements to breath it is possible to quieten the mind, calm the nervous system and release tension from the body. In time, as well as supporting the mind and emotions, yoga can help you build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
Class promotes core strength, stability and flexibility. Mats are provided.
