Kingston University would like to store and use this information (as data controller) in order to evaluate KU Cares and its impact. We will:

• Keep your information secure on our databases for a period in line with our retention policy.
• We may share some data for evaluation and research purposes with other Universities, the Office for Students (OfS), Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS), the National Pupil Database (NPD) and similar public datasets.
• Use this information to write reports on how well our work has gone as required by the University and the government. These will never include any identifiable information.

You don’t have to allow us to do this (in which case only essential data will be retained to run KU Cares) and this will not affect your applications to University in any way. You can always contact us and ask us to delete any information on kucares@kingston.ac.uk. Please note that as part of KU Cares we will use your contact details to send you information relating to the programme.
